1. Eligibility for Return
You can return a product only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Innerwear (due to hygiene reasons)
- Customized or altered items
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale

- Share order details and clear photos of the issue
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If it’s a customer-initiated return (not due to our fault), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
